The Snoqualmie Pass Utility District invites separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Sanitary Sewer Infrastructure Repairs, PWB Project No. PC25-96103-027, HLA Project No. 25059 including the following approximate major quantities of work:
Construction of approximately 18,000 LF of 8”, 10”, 12”, 14”, and 15” cured in place pipe for rehabilitating sanitary sewer mains, 130 side sewer reinstatements and lateral connection seals (Top Hat), pipe cleaning, video inspection, and sewer bypass.
This contract has ninety (90) working days to complete the work.
Bids will be received by the District Manager, 932 Hyak Drive East, P.O. Box 131, Snoqualmie Pass, Washington, 98068, until 1:00 p.m., May 5, 2025, and then shortly thereafter will be publicly opened and read aloud.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the following website: https://www.hlacivil.com/bid/. Planholder list and addenda will be available on the website. Bidders are encouraged to register as planholders on the website, whom will be added to the Planholder list and will receive automatic addenda notification. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by bond or a certified check, payable to the order of the Treasurer of the Snoqualmie Pass Utility District for the sum of not less than 5% of said bid or proposal and none will be considered unless accompanied by such deposit, to be forfeited to the Snoqualmie Pass Utility District in the event the successful bidder shall fail or refuse to enter into a Contract with the District for the making and construction of the aforesaid improvement. All bids or proposals must be in writing on the form bound in the Specifications, sealed and filed with the Clerk on or before the day and hour above mentioned.
The Snoqualmie Pass Utility District, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
This project is funded through the Washington State Public Works Board (PWB) Construction Loan Fund program with state funds. All PWB requirements and/or provisions must be met by the bidder. All work performed on this project will be subject to state prevailing wage rates. Contractors must be licensed in the state of Washington. The Snoqualmie Pass Utility District is an equal opportunity employer.
