Sunnyside Valley Irrigation District
HLA provided construction administration and observation services, as well as pre-design and final verification surveys for the construction of a 900 acre-foot irrigation re-regulation reservoir as a subconsultant for CH2M. The project consisted of structure excavation, approximately 350,000 cubic yards of embankment, concrete intake structure, 1,300 linear feet of 30-inch diameter HDPE pipe, 400 linear feet of 30-inch steel pipe, pump house, and approximately 10 acres of reservoir membrane liner.
