Situated in West Yakima along the north side of Summitview Avenue, this subdivision of approximately 7.65 acres resulted in 44 various-sized lots for high-end condominiums. HLA performed the topographic survey planning document approvals, including SEPA, and all construction documents necessary to complete the design and approvals of the plat. Design consisted of an overall site grading plan along with improvements to public sewer, storm, illumination, and roadway.
