The University Parkway Apartments are a large-scale apartment complex in Terrace Heights near Pacific Northwest University (PNWU). This multi-phased project was expanded in phase 5 to accommodate a total of 540 units within the 36.4-acre site.
HLA provided comprehensive civil engineering, planning, and permitting through each phase of the project, including the initial rezone to multi-family residential. Design consisted of parking lots, sidewalk, private roadways, water, sewer, dry utility coordination, and a stormwater infiltration system utilizing both swales and pervious asphalt.
