Yakima - Tahoma Square - Hogback Development
Located down the street from the Valley Mall, Tahoma Square is a newly developed retail center consisting of Harbor Freight, Goodwill, Chipotle, Mod Pizza, Discount Tire, Dollar Tree, Boot Barn, and Five Guys.
Working this site from the ground up, HLA provided design for grading, surfacing, asphalt, sidewalk, municipal water and sewer main extensions, storm drainage, and site utility connections.
