The City of Tieton received a TIB Complete Streets award for improvements to their downtown area. The main focus was to install pedestrian street lights around their City park, a community focal point. This project added fifteen 2-arm LED pedestrian lights, including electrical service, conduits, conductors, junction boxes, and surface restoration. Tieton City Park features perimeter sidewalks with a pedestrian-friendly atmosphere and venue for many community events throughout the year.
HLA services included funding application assistance, design, plans, specifications, construction observation and management, and funding administration.
